exchange policy
You can exchange any product within 7 days of delivery in unused condition.
To exchange any product, please email us the screenshot of your order details to info@chnks.in or contact us on +91 9137546308 and we will raise your reverse pickup.
We do not offer monetary refunds. You can either exchange the product for a different size or request for another product of the same amount. In case the product does not fit you, you can exchange the same within 7 days for a different size.
 No exchanges for all products bought from the “SALE” section on the website.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused and in the same state as received with all the original packaging and tags. If the tags are removed/destroyed, the box is missing or the product has stains or scratches that can not be fixed, we will consider it a used product, and hence we will not accept the return. We will ship the damaged product back to you if it’s not in a resalable condition.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that has a production error, we request you to get in touch with us via info@chnks.in or +91 9137546308 within 48 hours. Please send some pictures over the email for us to confirm if it’s a manufacturing defect or if that’s how it’s supposed to be.Â
If a wrong order or a product that has a manufacturing defect is informed to us within 48 hours of delivery and passes our criteria, we will replace the product or give a your choice product of the same amount.
If defects arise from accidents or physical damage, we will not be liable to offer an exchange/refund.
Kindly note, that new product (in case of a defect) are processed within 15 days once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
