Our founder, Aakanksha, never wanted to create sneakers that only belonged to trends or hype cycles. I wanted to create essentials, pairs that move effortlessly through everyday life while still feeling elevated. Sneakers that could exist anywhere: late nights, long workdays, airports, coffee runs, weddings, after-hours. Sneakers that adapt without losing their identity.
We design sneakers that are rooted in clarity and restraint: Clean silhouettes. Honest textures. Muted tones. Minimal forms that leave nothing to interpretation. Every detail is intentional, balancing comfort, adaptability, and timelessness without relying on noise or excess.

CHNKS owes its essence to Aakanksha Rathod, a fashion management graduate driven by a love for sneakers and design. Fueled by a passion for individuality and the strength of community, Aakanksha set out to redefine the Indian sneaker landscape.
