At CHNKS, we strive to ensure that every pair reaches you in the best condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
CHNKS does not accept returns once an order is delivered.
However, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
To initiate an exchange:

- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product.
Refund Policy
CHNKS does not offer monetary refunds once an order is placed and delivered.
Customers may:
- Exchange the product for a different size (if available)
- Exchange for another product of the same value
- Pay the difference in case of a higher-value product
Refunds will only be processed in cases where:
- CHNKS is unable to fulfill the order
- The order is cancelled by us before dispatch
Sale Products
Products purchased from the “SALE” section are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- The shoe box should be returned in proper condition
Products will not qualify for exchange if:
- The shoe box is missing
- The product has stains, scratches, creases, tears, or any signs of usage that make it non-resalable
If the returned product does not meet our quality check standards, it will be shipped back to the customer.
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A wrong product
- A manufacturing defect
- A damaged product due to production issues

Kindly share clear images/videos of the issue for verification. Our team will inspect whether the concern qualifies as a manufacturing defect or falls under normal wear/use conditions.
If approved after inspection, we will:
- Replace the product
- Or offer another product of the same value
Non-Eligible Cases
We will not be liable for exchanges or replacements in cases involving:
- Accidental damage
- Physical wear and tear
- Improper handling
- Damage caused by external impact, sharp objects, water exposure, or misuse
Processing Timeline
Approved replacement/exchange requests are processed within 15 working days after the product is received back at our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
