Shipping policy

CHNKS ships orders across India.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- A 10% advance payment is required to confirm all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery. If the order is refused or not accepted upon delivery, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Delivery Timeline

Your CHNKS order will typically be delivered within 3–10 working days after dispatch from our warehouse. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen external circumstances. 

Note - Due to heavy rainfall and waterlogging across parts of India, including Mumbai (our dispatch location), deliveries may experience slight delays during the monsoon season. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery & Courier Assistance

In case of any delivery delays, kindly allow us up to 24 hours to coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with an update or resolution. Please note that courier teams operate independently and are not a part of the CHNKS core team, so response times may occasionally vary.

Important Delivery Guidelines
- Our courier partners may contact you on the shipping number provided at checkout before or during delivery.
- Kindly ensure that the number is reachable and calls are answered for smooth delivery.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing the order. CHNKS will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact information.
- After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse by the courier partner.

Order Cancellation / Lost Shipments

If an order is cancelled by us or marked as lost in transit, the complete amount paid by the customer, including any applicable shipping charges, will be fully refunded.
